Meters caught more than once (all time)By district
User accounts
Each supervisor logs in with their own username and sees only their own field staff, contractors and jobs. The Billing & Revenue Protection Officer sees everything.
Customer says “my meter is not there”
Type the meter number, account number or customer name. Shows whether the meter was caught on an illegal connection — by whom, when, where, and the evidence — plus its history in the removal register.
Accounts linked to illegal-connection records, scored from the removal register, the 90,252 meter rotations and the customer list. Click a row for the full history. Each line is a lead for a field visit, not proof.
Audit log
Every record received from a phone, every deletion (with its reason), every evidence file and whether its fingerprint matched, every supervisor login, look-up, record viewed and report downloaded.
Teams
Phones download this list when they sync. Officers pick their team on the phone before reporting. Renaming a team also renames it on every record already received.
Connected phones
Each phone connects once with the access code (Settings). Block a phone that is lost — it can no longer send records.
Connecting a phone
On the HC Loss Control phone app: ⚙ Settings → Office server. Enter:
- Server address
- Access code
Changing the code stops NEW phones joining with the old one. Phones already connected keep working.
My password
The same password for all of H.C. Field Checks CMM (Field Checks and Loss Control).
